Tom joined Forte from Lohika / Capgemini, where he was Head of West Coast Sales. In his tenure at Lohika, Tom scaled his book of business from zero to $35M in ARR. He brought in new logos, including Affirm, Airbnb, Asana, Palo Alto Networks, Pinterest, and Zendesk, and qualified for Capgemini’s President’s Club in his first year of eligibility. Tom’s initial foray into engineering services was as VP of Sales & Business Development at a boutique San Francisco design & development agency called Yeti.co. Before that launched two new products for a cybersecurity consulting firm, NCC Group. He is experienced in global operations and has strong knowledge of delivering software engineering services from Ukraine, Portugal, India, Mexico, the US, and Canada.
