Among Tatsiana’s many achievements, she is proudest of growing Forte Group’s Minsk, Belarus office from 50 employees to more than 170 employees. Her focus on building a strong company culture, as well as strategic development in establishing cooperative relationships with local and foreign companies, have been instrumental in tripling the office’s size.

Tatsiana is proactive in constantly improving her craft. Her mantra: To be better and more efficient tomorrow, one must work hard today.

Tatsiana holds a bachelor’s degree in management and received postgraduate education in finance from the Academy of Management Under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
