Iryna works with Forte Group’s recruitment teams and hiring managers on the client side to determine employment needs and oversees all recruiting processes. She believes that people are influenced by knowledge and attitude, and considers effective communication and strong leadership skills crucial to her daily responsibilities.
Inspiring her team members to be better, stronger, and more knowledgeable so that they are able to exceed their goals is one of Iryna’s most desired achievements as a leader. Ever since she joined Forte, she has grown the staff augmentation team and doubled the recruiting effort.
Iryna received her MBA from Ternopil National Economic University and attributes much of her career success to perseverance and constant learning. She is very focused on mentoring and enjoys helping her younger colleagues with professional development. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her daughter and reading books.
