ManocoBlue is a family-owned business that has been serving the beauty industry for more than 50 years, supplying salon professionals with a wide range of products and education across more than 20 brands.

The Challenge

Distributing 20-plus beauty brands means managing 20-plus sets of promotional rules, each with their own logic, conditions, and exceptions. ManocoBlue needed a single digital storefront that could bring all of their brands together and give their team the tools to create and manage intricate promotions without relying on workarounds or manual intervention.

Salesforce and NetSuite Integration - Payment integration and data synchronization between Salesforce and NetSuite, keeping commerce and back-office operations in step without manual reconciliation.

Seamless Buying Experience - Customizable shipping fee calculation, pickup eligibility rules, address validation, quick order functionality, and territory-specific product catalogs - making the storefront feel tailored to each customer rather than generic.
