Forte Group Grows Engineering Presence in Mexico

Forte Group today announced the launch of new delivery centers in Mexico City and Guadalajara, marking a significant expansion of its Latin American footprint. Forte has already begun delivering from Mexico in partnership with key clients and plans to scale to 100 engineers in-country by the first half of 2026.

“Mexico will become one of our strategic global engineering hubs.  Clients are seeking AI-driven, high-performance engineering solutions delivered in proximate time zones. Expanding into Mexico enhances our ability to scale quickly while maintaining the quality and technical rigor that define Forte.”

Mikael Carlsson, CEO of Forte Group.

The new Mexico hubs expand Forte Group’s established presence in Colombia and Argentina and support accelerating demand for AI solutions, modern data architectures, and nearshore product engineering. Teams in Mexico will focus on AI-enabled product features, intelligent automation, data engineering, cloud-scale platforms, and product modernization initiatives.

Forte Group is also investing in local talent through AI upskilling programs, role-based learning paths, and engineering leadership development. These efforts will enable Mexico-based teams to contribute to multi-region product initiatives across the Americas and Europe.

With delivery centers across Latin America, Eastern Europe, and North America, the Mexico expansion strengthens Forte Group’s global delivery network and enhances its ability to build blended engineering teams aligned by shared time zones, cultural proximity, and delivery continuity.
