Through working for AIESEC, an international non-profit that provides leadership development resources to young people, Nadiya gained an understanding of leadership and diversity hiring early in her career. This led to one of her most significant achievements years later at Forte Group: building a national, award-winning team.
Nadiya is an extremely driven professional and likes telling her team to “bring passion with you,” regardless of what they do. Nadiya received her master’s degree in communications from Northwestern University.
