Mikael is one of the pioneers of the Digital Engineering Services market where he has led large businesses at companies such as Capgemini, GlobalLogic, Lohika, Altran and TietoEvry. He has a deep passion for helping clients become software centric innovators with a focus on digital customer experiences leveraging new technologies.
Mikael brings more than 20 years leadership experience from the digital engineering services industry with companies such as GlobalLogic and TietoEvry. Mikael was most recently Executive Vice President & General Manager at Capgemini where he led the Software Product Engineering business, and Lohika, a business acquired by Capgemini, which he successfully scaled, growing revenue 5X.
Mikael has been based in Silicon Valley since long, he has had broad exposure to leading software engineering operations across many countries including Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Romania, Portugal, Germany, Scandinavia, India, China, Argentina, Mexico, the US, and Canada.
